No one really reads these blog posts anymore, save a few die-hards who are not yet enmeshed in facebook, myspace or twitter. I'm considering moving all my informational dispatches to either smoke signals or conch shell. Or perhaps Morse code. dot-dot-dash-dash-dash-dot-dot-dot-dash-dot-dash-dash; in other words,

What a great line up on Friday! Don't let the appearance of a fracturing audience get you down. Blogs are good. They are kind of like print nowadays, a permanence and referrable-to quality that tweets and FB updates don't really have. Real-time isn't everything. Keep blogging, Ed. Long live mono cassettes and monoblogs!

You've been doing this thing now since '03, coming up on 6 years and to me this is where it's at. Still haven't caught the Facebook, Myspace, Twitter bug yet but maybe I'm immune. Take that back, did Facebook for a minute but deleted that. You've proven to me recently that snail mail is quite effective as well. Thanx Ed.
